You may be able to with a bit of trickery but I was just happy to get all the ENB effects running.

After installing this your card will show up as a 8800 GT but that's fine, all the effect are there and FPS is identical to what you'd get if it directly detected your 870M. Whatever, it worked for what I needed but seems it's not hosted up nexus anymore. I used a dll some put out that was called something ridiculous like GICANTIC SKYRIM FPS BOOST DLL MAGIC BS or something of the like.
